Products can be easily returned for a full refund or exchange.

To begin the return process, simply email info@minimum-co.com with your order number and our team will assist you.

 We accept returns within 14 days of delivery

• Returns can only be accepted if products are clean, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition.
• Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed.
• We do not accept returns for sale and clearance items.
• Currently, you are responsible for the cost of returning your item to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
